Aren’t the best trips the ones you plan last minute? Friday our hike was cancelled, so we hopped in the car and headed up to Dutch Wonderland, a sweet little amusement park smack between the outlets and farmland in Lancaster, PA.

We all enjoyed the rides! 

And had plenty of old-fashioned fun.

We cooled down in the water park.

And, already having learned to pack up before the meltdowns occur, we crowned our day with a leisurely train ride through the park to survey all the fun we’d had during the day.
