Shout Box

Brooke showed me this after a highly emotional week.

1. Shout the feelings into the box:

2. Close it up tight.

3. Empty it outside.

4. Go on with life with a better attitude.

It amazes me how early we learn that not all emotion needs to be played out in great drama. Sometimes we just need to let them out, decompress, and move on.
