Sonflower Sisters Sunday

Brooke and I celebrated all things feminine with our mother-daughter discipleship group, the Sonflower Sisters. After church, the two of us had lunch at Friendly’s

and headed to a fellow Sisters’ house for our monthly gathering, where we share our lesson

and make a recipe. This one is Buffalo Chicken Dip–perfect for football!

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 c. hot sauce
  • 1 jar Marzetti’s blue cheese dressing
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar
  • Mix and bake til hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and nachos/crackers. Yummo!

During the fellowship time, one of our hostesses wrapped the girls’ hair. They loved it!

The girls have so much fun together, they can’t stand it!

  2. That sundae topping holder twirly appliance thing is super cool!! We must find a “Friendly’s” …. though I don’t think there are any around here.

  3. Sometime will you write about what you do with Breanna for fellowship and discipleship together?
